Relocation Rental Package
Selecting this OPTIONAL package will get you into a rental property without you having to do anything except select the exact property. I will do everything else for you!

- This package will include the Online Relocation Package 6 month membership.
- A specific questionnaire to understand exactly what they need in terms of housing.
- Direct communication via email until arrival.
- A personal consultation (1 hour) either by phone or in person to display properties for rent that meet their criteria. (each additional hour will be billed at $60)
- Of the top 3 selected, I will leave from my office and take them to see the residences. (each additional property selected by them will be $40 per visit)
- I will explain and outline the criteria and obligations within the contract and negotiate terms and payment for the property.
- I will provide the exact critical information needed to set up utilities, cable and telephone. I will also be available for questions or concerns with this. Legally, the tenant has to set up these accounts (I will look into this).
- A checklist outlining what needs to be done before, after and during the rental period.
- A document outlining the duties and responsibilities of a tenant and landlord.
- Email access to me with concerns or questions.
